Full Conference Registration Options

* As of May 20, 2010, the Western Style Rooms are fully booked. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please consider a Korean Style Ondol Room or nearby hotels are also available. If you'd like to pay for the price of a Western Style Room, each Korean Style Room can be arranged for double occupancy.
** Please read carefully: "Western Style" and "Korean Style" options include all meals except dinner on the opening night. "Commuters with Meals" includes Thurs lunch, Thurs dinner, Fri lunch, Fri dinner, and Sat lunch (breakfast is not included). Commuters that take the "no meals" option are welcome to purchase their own meal in the venue or in nearby restaurants.

Session Pass

If you cannot attend the entire conference, you can purchase "Session Passes". Each Session Pass gives you admission into one morning worship service, one evening worship service, or one seminar.

Please take note that we have eliminated "Day Passes" and we will only be issuing "Session Passes" to simplify the registration process. So if you had previously registered for a Day Pass for Thurs, July 22, you would receive 4 Session Passes to cover the entire day.

* Due to price changes, if you registered for an All Day Saturday Pass (July 24), you will be issued a 5,000 refund upon checkin at the registration table.

How do I register for the conference?
Registration for the Niagara Conference is very simple. Just fill out our online form and then send in a deposit or pay for the entire conference up front. There are three registration options to choose from: a Western style double occupancy room (no more vacancy as of May 20, 2010), a Korean style "ondol" room (with six or more persons per room), and the commuter option for those who choose not to stay on the premises (see the housing options).

How do I pay for the conference?
When you fill out your online registration form, you can choose to pay a deposit of 50,000 krw or the entire conference fee. This can be done via electronic funds transfer (for those in Korea), cash (at a New Philadelphia campus), or via credit card (for those living abroad). If you choose to pay just the deposit, the remaining balance will be due at the time of your arrival. If you pre-pay the entire conference fee, it will expedite your check-in on the day of the conference. Registrations are not valid until we have received a deposit.

Note: The deposit amount of 50,000 krw (or $50 usd) is non-refundable whether you pre-pay the deposit or the entire conference fee.

How I can I stay in the same room with my friend(s)?
If you'd like to stay in the same room with a friend(s), please let us know on the online registration form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do the rooms provide a towel and toiletries?
Please bring your own toiletries and towel. If you are not able to bring these things there is a convenience shoppe in the lobby that sells snacks and some toiletries.

Seminar Selection
At a later date, we will send you a link to the seminars and their descriptions so that you can pre-select which ones you'd like to attend (some seminars will have limited seating).

When do I check-in for the conference and into my rooms?
Check-in for the conference begins at 2pm on Wednesday, July 21 (for those staying in the venue housing). After check-in, guests can put down their belongings in their room, freshen up, and have dinner before the opening service at 7pm (please note that the first night's dinner is not provided). The doors for worship sessions will open 30 minutes prior to worship time.

What do I do if I am only attending one or two worship sessions?
If your schedule only allows you to attend a few worship sessions, please show up 20 minutes before the worship time and inquire at the registration desk about a "Session Pass". The venue holds 1,000 people so there should be plenty of seats.

*From countries other than Korea.
